For instance, shifting focus areas or modifying performance metrics can keep the program relevant and effective.  If a program is not achieving your desired results, change it.  You might get some grumbling but that is better than living with a program that is just now working. By keeping the program simple and focused, it becomes more accessible and impactful. Selecting appropriate metrics is critical for the success of any incentive program. First Impressions Matter The adage, “First impressions last,” holds genuine weight when bring new people into your organization.  Crafting an enriching first-day experience can echo throughout an employee’s tenure. This doesn’t merely encompass a warm welcome but extends to concise presentations on company goals, immediate tasks, and team introductions. A well organized, yet personable, approach conveys that your organization is professional and employee focused.
